These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ImpGrowth, including our website, checkout flow, account setup, dashboard, Facebook group access, and related services.

By purchasing access, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ImpGrowth provides paid access to selected business communities, posting opportunities, and related member tools.

We may update, improve, or modify the service from time to time, including the communities, features, workflows, and benefits included with your purchase.

You must provide accurate information during checkout and account setup, including the Facebook name we use to review and manage your access to the groups.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You may not share your account with another person or business without our permission.
• You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your business, or provide false billing information.
• You must comply with any applicable Facebook, Stripe, and platform rules when using our service.

ImpGrowth is sold as a one-time payment for lifetime access to the groups you select at checkout unless we state otherwise in writing.

By completing checkout, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge the purchase price, applicable taxes, and any other clearly disclosed fees to your selected payment method.

Your purchase applies only to the groups included in that transaction. Additional group access may require a separate purchase.

All sales are final due to the digital nature of the service and the immediate access provided after purchase.

We do not provide refunds, credits, or partial adjustments for unused access, unused posting opportunities, account inactivity, or dissatisfaction with results, except where required by law.

The following categories are not allowed to be promoted through ImpGrowth or in connection with the groups you access through our service.

• Illegal products or services
• Gambling or betting services
• Trading or cryptocurrency promotions
• Adult or explicit content
• Get-rich-quick schemes
• MLM opportunities
• Content promoting hate speech or discrimination
• Violent or disturbing content
• Any other content our moderators reject based on context, safety, platform rules, or community fit

This list is not exhaustive. You agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. We may suspend or terminate access if your conduct creates risk for the community, violates these terms, or interferes with the operation of the service.

• Do not post unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or spam content.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape private member data, or interfere with our systems.
• Do not use the service in a way that could damage the reputation, safety, or experience of other members.

The ImpGrowth website, branding, copy, workflows, and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business use. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

We do not guarantee leads, sales, reach, revenue, approvals, engagement, or business outcomes. Results vary based on your offer, content, timing, audience fit, and factors outside our control.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create legal or operational risk, or fail to pay required charges for additional purchases.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination or suspension does not create a right to a refund unless required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImpGrowth and its affiliates, owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.

Your continued use of the service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
